Charlie Grice in action
Charlie Grice cruised to victory in the 1,500m at the British Indoor Championships in Sheffield today.
And that made it a golden weekend for Sussex after Lee Emanuel's (Hastings) victory in the 3,0OOm.
Grice, from Brighton, is now British champion both indoor and outdoor over the distance.
Adam Clarke, from Hastings, was seventh in the final of the 1,500m
