East Grinstead are celebrating promotion to the top-flight of English hockey for the first time in their history.
The Sussex side bounced back from losing their opening fixture of the promotion play-off pool three weeks ago to win both matches at the Lee Valley Stadium this weekend.
It means Grinstead will play in the premier division of the Investec Women’s League next season.
The promotion play-offs involved the three regional winners with the side finishing second from bottom in the premier division.
Conference south winners Grinstead ran out 7-1 winners over Slough on Saturday thanks to a hat-trick from Sophie Bray and one goal apiece from Lucy Brown, Alicia Caillard, Julia Blackstock and Heather Batten.
Then earlier today they beat Wakefield 4-3 with goals from Bray (two), Brown and a winner by Pippa Rabey four minutes from time.
