Johanna Konta eased into the second round of her home tournament at Eastbourne tonight.
The British No. 3 beat world No.34 Zarina Diyas from Kazakhstan 6-3, 6-2 in just 74 minutes on a sparsely populated centre court.
Konta, ranked 139, will now face Russian fourth seed Ekaterina Makarova in the Aegon International.
