Johanna Konta is the new favourite for Wimbledon following a shock second round defeat for Karolina Pliskova.
The Czech world No.3, winner of Eastbourne last week, lost in three sets on centre court today to Magdalena Rybarikova.
Eastbourne-based British No.1 Konta faces world No.101 Maria Sakkari, from Greece, in the third round tomorrow.
She is bidding to become the first British winner since Virginia Wade in 1977.
