Steve King believes he has struck gold Whitehawk - with a striker from the Swiss league.
The Hawks boss has brought in centre-forward Gold Omotayo, who was playing for Wettswil-Bonstetten in Switzerland.
Omotayo has been training with Hawks during the Swiss winter break and has now made things permanent.
King told The Argus: βHe is a big, strong, powerful, out-and-out No.9 and I feel he can bring something different to the group.
βI have worked with him and he looks like he suits the English game.β
Omotayo joins Nat Pinney as the second attacking recruit brought in this week.
King has also signed versatile defender or midfielder Nathaniel Oseni, who was until recently with Manchester City.
All three could make debuts at East Thurrock on Saturday.
