Aleksandr Wozniak crushed Russian qualifier Vera Dushevina to book a semi-final with Caroline Wozniacki at the AEGON International.
The Canadian world No.23 won 6-1, 6-0 on court one in less than an hour to bring 2005 runner-up Dushevina's fine run to an end.
The other semi-final is an all-French affair between Marion Bartoli and Virginie Razzano.
Meanwhile, Cara Black and Liezel Huber made short work of beating Janette Husarova and Maria Kirilenko 6-2, 6-2 and will now play Sam Stosur and Rennae Stubbs in the semi-finals after their quarter-final opponents Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Nadia Petrova withdrew due to an injury to Petrova.
