Virginie Razzano is through to the final at the AEGON International after her semi-final opponent Marion Bartoli was forced to retire due to injury.
Bartoli looked to be struggling during the opening set on centre court and called the trainer after Razzano had clinched it 6-4.
The world No.12 tried to continue with her right thight heavily strapped but was unable to move around the court and retired after Razzano had taken the first game to love.
Razzano, the French world No. 25, will play either Caroline Wozniacki or Aleksandr Wosniak in the final on Saturday.
