Musical Comedy Revue, an art form that has been long out of fashion, makes a welcome return with this delightful, witty and not to be missed show.

Sketches and songs look at the age-long battle of the sexes to hilarious and, at times, touching effect. The journey from first date through courtship, marriage and parenthood to the ultimate loss of a partner is depicted.

A comic highlight is the young man having to tell his parents he is breaking up with his girl and not getting engaged as they are expecting. In contrast, two gentle numbers reflect love in later years - Shouldn't I Be Less In Love With You and I Can Live With That.

Congratulations to the quartet of young actors whose singing and comic talent is exceptional. Music is supplied by a fine trio and whilst applauding the use of live music, occasionally it dominated the lyrics.
