Entries are welcome from organizers, supporters or attendees of any sized community event held in Sussex. Did you have a great time at Pride? The International Festival of Sport or The Brighton Marathon this year for example?
It mightbe a smaller community event that gets your vote, a school fete or street party? Nominate now to show your support for all the events that make Sussex such a special place to live.
This year more than ever we need you the readers to tell us who you think should win.
We want to hear as much detail about your nominations as possible so feel free to send as much information on each nominee as you can think of.
Award winners will be announced at a glitzy awards night held at Theatre Royal Brighton hosted by newsreader Nicholas Owen in October.
You can nominate as many people as you like for as many different awards as you like online.
Nominations must be received by The Argus by August 29.
Nominations received so far include: People's Day in Brighton, Deans Festival, Brighton Half Marathon, Lark in the Park Peacehaven, Out of the Ordinary Festival, Take Part Festival of Sport 2011 and Friends of Saltdean Lido Family Fun Day.
