Is your local school an outstanding place for education?
Is it moulding children to be the leaders of the future and giving them the best chance possible in their lives?
Do they come home full of the joys of learning?
Perhaps the school was not doing so well but has turned things around through leadership and hard work?
Or maybe it has a great sporting profile, an amazing environmental policy or is the best in the county for nurturing talented artists?
We want to know what establishments could be nominees for School of the Year award.
All those nominated for this award will appear below as they are received so make sure to get your nominations in and keep visiting the site for updates.
We would like to thank City College Brighton and Hove for kindly sponsoring this year’s award.
Award winners will be announced at a glitzy awards night held at Theatre Royal Brighton hosted by newsreader Nicholas Owen in October.
Nominations are now closed, the following schools have been nominated: Dorothy Stringer School, Downs View School, Drusilla Duffill Theatre School, Hertford Infant and Nursery School, Hove Park School, Brighton College.
