This is a chance to recognise yours or someone else’s grandparent.

Perhaps he or she has been a rock of the family for generations or battled back from illness.

Maybe they have raised thousands of pounds for needy causes or simply been there when others needed help. This is your chance to say a public thank you.

We want to hear as much detail about your nominations as possible so feel free to send as much information on each nominee as you can think of.

Award winners will be announced at a glitzy awards night held at Theatre Royal Brighton hosted by newsreader Nicholas Owen in November.
