In reply to Wendy Taylor’s letter “For My Money”

(Letters, March 3), Brighton and Hove also has many craters in the roads – Carden Hill, Ditchling Road, Brentwood Road and Burstead Close to name but a few.

This must be doing untold damage to vehicles, but then if the council could not clear the roads of snow, one can hardly expect them to repair the roads which most people pay heavy road tax for.

Come on city and county councils – get your finger out and start repairing.
