Good policing

5:11pm Friday 19th March 2010

We had a break-in at our premises recently. The police attended promptly and arrested two men. They were found with incriminating evidence on them and when we opened for trade on Monday morning the Scene of Crime Officer came back to collect forensic evidence.

I then had a call from the PC dealing with our case to say the men had pleaded guilty and had been sentenced. Part of their sentence is to pay me compensation.

There have been several articles about police not solving crime recently but in my case they did and I as far as I am concerned they have turned up trumps, so I would like to thank them.
