I just wanted to congratulate Councillor Geoffrey Theobald for sitting in his ivory tower and signing yet another poorly thought-out parking scheme in East Brighton. Perhaps he should go and see the chaos he has caused in Wilson Avenue and East Brighton Park. With the congestion being caused in Wilson Avenue as a result, the words Brighton and Hove City Council and sustainable transport seem to conflict somewhat.
