Do you remember when buses looked like this? If so, you have to be middle-aged at least, as the picture was taken in 1974.
The open-top Leyland bus, of a type known to enthusiasts as Queen Mary, is pictured at Beachy Head, having driven up from Eastbourne.
It is painted in the green livery of Southdown, then the main operator in Sussex, and is adorned with an advertisement for the service.
The bus could be converted to a closed-top in the winter.
The picture is from Southdown in NBC Days by Glyn Kraemer-Johnson and John Bishop, published by Ian Allan at £16.99.
