A clothing store is set to reopen after almost two years.
Peacocks in High Street, Littlehampton, has been closed since July 9, 2022, after a fire broke out in the building.
At the height of the incident, six fire engines were called as thick black smoke billowed across the town.
No one was injured however the building suffered extensive damage inside and the store has been boarded up since.
However, Peacocks has now confirmed that the branch will reopen on May 16.
They have also been recruiting for staff over the last few months.

Since the announcement, residents across the town have been left excited for the reopening.
One resident Lesley Hagen said: "So pleased Peacocks is returning.
"I for one will be definitely shopping there and yes we need to support them."
Gina Penn said: "Fantastic news for our town."
Another resident Janet Smith said: "At last - some good news for Littlehampton."
One resident also argued that the reopening will "save" the town.
