THESE pictures reveal the first look of a brand new restaurant branch opening next week.

The Ivy Collection will launch in Chichester on June 21, with reservations available to book now.

In celebration of the opening, The Ivy Chichester Brasserie has released photos of the interior of the restaurant.

The critically acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio consulted on the brasserie’s interiors, as with The Ivy Collection’s sister sites.

Inside, the building follows the classic style of the chain with bright colours and floral patterns in both the wallpapers and accessories.

There is a central drinks bar which is coated in mirrored tiles, giving the restaurant a classy and elegant feel.

All around there are plants and greenery, as well as works of art tying the room together - also reflecting the style of their other branches.

The colourful artwork is inspired by the local area and floral designs were curated by art consultant Adam Ellis.

A particularly striking part of the restaurant is the large windowed ceiling, effortlessly brightening the room.

The restaurant will be in East Street and will cater for up to 142 guests, with all-day dining.

The new brasserie will be close to Chichester Cathedral, famed for its stained glass windows and modern art.

The Ivy will serve modern British classics, including breakfast, coffees, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails.

Its menus will incorporate a selection of seasonal dishes including crispy duck salad with five spice dressing, toasted cashews, watermelon, beansprouts, sesame seeds, coriander and ginger, The Ivy shepherd’s pie, and salmon and smoked haddock fish cake with crushed pea and herb sauce and a soft poached egg.

Overseeing the restaurant will be general manager Barnaby Harris-Reid while head chef Arnold Ivey will be in charge of the kitchen.

Barnaby Harris-Reid said: “We are thrilled to be bringing The Ivy Collection to Chichester.

“The city is internationally renowned for its historic cathedral, culture and beautiful scenery, and the team and I are excited to welcome residents and visitors of Chichester this spring once we open our doors.”
