Ann Reed (Clare) 9.2.1951 - 10.4.2015 Each morning when we awake we know that you are gone. No one understands the heartache as we try and carry on. Our days are filled of thoughts of you, our hearts filled with all the love we still have for you. Though up in heaven now your memory lives on in all that we do. Time hasn't been a healer for us in fact everyday is harder without you here by our sides. Our dear Mum and Nan you simply were the best loved and missed more each and every day, forever in our hearts you will always stay. Our Angel up in the sky keep shining bright and catch all our kisses tonight, see you in our dreams. Forever loved, forever missed Love Tracy and Jazmine X X X
