CAREY DAVE Passed away peacefully on 31st October 2015, aged 90 years. Formerly part of the Stargazers Group. Much loved husband of Brenda. Funeral Service at Woodvale Crematorium, Lewes Road, Brighton on Wednesday, 18th November at 12.30pm. I can't begin to express my sadness... Dave was my Godfather and someone I held in extremely high esteem... Although I spoke to him a couple of years ago we hadn't seen one another for many years... He was an inspiration and showed me at a very early stage in my life what was possible... I have very fond memories of the times I visited him in West Norwood London... His wife Brenda was one of the nicest ladies I've met and I was sad to learn that she passed away not long after Dave... It's nice to believe that they will be together to continue their love story... My father (Eric Hill) and mother (Joan), who passed away some years ago, were great friends years ago... I'd like to think that they are now catching up with each other... Bless you both... R.I.P.
