EILEEN LEWIS (née Chapman) passed away on 5th August 2018 aged 90 years. Much loved Mum of Pauline, Valerie and Philip. Grandma of Vicki, Lizzy, James, Claire, Alex, Mathew and Sophie. Great Grandma of Megan, Sophie, William, Michael, Layla, Oscar and Isaac. Funeral service at Woodvale Crematorium, North Chapel on Thursday the 13th September at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please.
