BLAKE David John Passed away peacefully on Thursday 22nd November 2018 at St Barnabas Hospice within Grantham Hospital aged 81. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Valerie and all his family and friends. A Service of Celebration will be held at St Wulfram`s Church, Grantham on Monday 10th December 2018 at 2.30pm. Donation for Macmillan Nurse, Marie Curie and St Barnabas Hospice within Grantham Hospital may be given on the day or may be forwarded to: Robert Holland Funeral Director 14 St Catherine`s Rd Grantham NG31 6TS
