Philip Hammond Passed away peacefully on 06/02/2019, aged 83. Much loved Husband of the late Sylvia, loving Father to Tina and Lee, father in law of Terry and Pauline and Grandad to Dan, Sam, Jodie, Abbie and Callum, Great Grandad to Maisie. He will be very sadly missed by all of His family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at Downs Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Thursday 28th February at 10am. Family flowers only.
