HAMMOND Patricia Ann 'Patsy' Passed away suddenly on the 7th June 2019, aged 67. She will be sadly missed by her son Adam and all of her friends. Funeral Service to be held on Friday 28th June 2019 at Eastbourne Crematorium, Main Chapel at 12.15pm. Flowers or donations if desired to the Dogs Trust, Shoreham.
