OWEN DEREK JOHN CHARLES Passed away peacefully on 6 September 2019 aged 94 at Royal Sussex County Hospital. Derek will be reunited with his dear wife, Hazel, and will be very sadly missed by sons, Stephen, Andrew and Jonathan, and daughter, Jacqueline. Derek was a proud grandfather to Louise, Caroline, Lucy, Ben, Tom and India; and great grandfather to Angelina, Mia, Audrey and Albert. Derek was a former Partner of Graves Son & Pilcher, Estate Agents, Surveyors and Property Managers, for 33 years. In retirement Derek enjoyed the company of members of Hove Park Bowls Club. The family particularly want to thank the Royal Sussex County Hospital together with his home carer team, Taris, Euni, Emma and Paul. Funeral service to take place at 12 noon on Friday 18 October at the Downs Crematorium. Family flowers only but if desired donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Derek Owen c/o Mother & Daughter Funeral Directors, 20 Blatchington Road, Hove, BN3 3YN.
