Patrick Joseph Theobald Sadly died on 21st December 2019 aged 51. Much loved son of Kathleen, nephew of Patrick, brother of Annie and the late Sandra, brother-in-law to David and friend to many of his wonderful carers through the years. He will be greatly missed by all. Funeral Service to be held at South Chapel, Woodvale Crematorium, Lewes Rd, Brighton BN2 3QB on Thursday 23rd January at 11.30 am. Friends and carers welcome. No formal dress-code. Family flowers only, please, donations if desired to Patrick's memorial bench. All friends welcome to refreshments afterwards at The Railway Inn, Station Road, Portslade BN41 1GA. All enquiries to ARKA Original Funerals 01273 766620.
