Jacqueline Pollard (née Connatty) Jacqueline Pollard passed away on Monday 13th June 2022, aged 77 years old. She was a much beloved wife, sister, auntie, mother and friend. She will be greatly missed by all. Jacqueline was a well known local author (Backyard Brighton/ Back Street Brighton) Oral Historian and teacher (75-89) at Margaret Hardy School. She was part of the Sussex Archaeological Society, The Sussex Family History Group, and a genealogical researcher; finding many long-lost family members with her diligent detective work. Her funeral service will be held at Woodvale Crematorium, Lewes Road, Brighton, BN2 3QB on Thursday 7th July at 11am. Dress code: Traditional. Family flowers only. Donations to support the charities Dementia UK and the Alzheimer's Society should be made directly to Arka Funeral Directors.
