ASH. - Jack passed away on 21st April, 2010, aged 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Terry, much loved father to Brian, Marie and David. Sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to be held at Woodvale Crematorium South Chapel on Friday, 7th May at 12.15 p.m. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The Martlets Hospice, c/o Caring Lady Funeral Directors, 72 Newlands Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LB.
