POTTEN (nee Hammond) Josephine (Jo) Passed away at Lindridge Care Home, Hove on 13th January 2018, aged 96 Much loved Mother of Roger and Ray, and Grandmother of David & Laura.Special thanks to the staff at RSCH (A&E , AMU Bay D, Jowers Ward and the Emerald Unit) for their compassion and support during December, and for the invaluable assistance provided by those Home Support visitors supplied by the Alzheimer's Society, and latterly Crossroads, who enabled Ray to care for her at home during her brave 10 year battle with Dementia. Funeral service at Downs Crematorium, Bear Road, Brighton, at 1pm on Monday, 5th February. Family flowers only preferred , but any tributes, or donations to either ESBH Crossroads or Jack & Jill Windmills Society appreciated and should be sent c/o W.
