BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - BUCKLEY CLOSE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-

A. Introduce approx. 30m of No Waiting at Any Time at the northern end of Buckley Close

B. Introduce approx. 10m of No Waiting at Any Time approx. outside flat block number 61 - 71 in Buckley Close

C. Introduce approx. 10m of No Waiting at Any Time approx. outside flat block number 37-47 in Buckley Close

D. Introduce approx. 17m of No Waiting at Any Time on northern and southern corners of Buckley Close at its junction with Chichester Close

E. Introduce 8m of No Waiting at Any Time on the on the Southern corner of Buckley Close at the rear of 18-24 Chichester Close

F. Introduce approx. 20m of No Waiting restriction during the prescribed times of Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hrs in Buckley Close approx. outside flat block 73 - 83

G. Introduce approx. 12m of No Waiting restrictions during the prescribed times of Monday to Friday (expect Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hs in Buckley Close approx. opposite 72 - 83

H. Introduce approx. 11m of No Waiting restrictions during the prescribed times of Monday to Friday (expect Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hs outside approx. number 5 Chichester Close.

I. Introduce approx. 18m of No Waiting restrictions during the prescribed times of Monday - Friday (expect Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hrs in outside approx. 222-228 Hangleton Way

2.
The Order is necessary to allow development works to take place.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 19th August 2019 eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
