NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

MISSING LINKS DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2019
The above Order made on 13 May 2019, was confirmed without modification by Brighton & Hove City Council on 16 August 2019.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the lengths of bridleways and restricted byway described in the Schedule below.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order map may be seen free of
charge at Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ from 10am to 4pm Mondays to Fridays and online at:
parks-and-green-spaces/rights-way
Copies of the confirmed Order and the Order map may be purchased from
Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove BN3 3BQ at a cost of £5 per copy
The Order came into force on 16 August 2019 but if a person aggrieved by
the Order wants to question its validity or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any regulations made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order he or she may under Paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act within
42 days from 5 September 2019 make an application to the High Court.
SCHEDULE
Description of bridleways and restricted byway
A section of public bridleway commencing at TQ365062 at the junction of Bridleway B21a and Footpath B22 running in a south-easterly direction for 170 metres to terminate at TQ367061 on Bridleway B21b having a width
of 2.5 metres.
A section of public restricted byway commencing at TQ376029 on Byway
Open to All Traffic B9a running in a north-easterly direction for 60 metres
to terminate at TQ377029 on Byway Open to All Traffic B9b having a width
of 3 metres.
A section of public bridleway commencing at TQ375028 on Bridleway B7 running in a north-easterly direction for 200 metres to terminate at TQ377029 on Byway Open to All Traffic B9b having a width of 2 metres.
