Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Falconland (Palace) Limited in respect of Premises known as Unit 4, The Savoy Centre, 10 Pool valley, Brighton, BNI INJ has applied to Brighton and Hove City Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to reduce the permitted hours for regulated entertainment (to include live music and recorded music) and the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from the current hours of 11:00 to 04:00 to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 11.-00 to 23:30, To reduce the provision for late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from the current hours of 23:00 to 04:00 to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to midnight The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 11:00 to midnight To remove all conditions under Annex 2 and replace with new conditions detailed in the application. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN I IJP no later than 3 October 2019 stating the grounds for objection.The register of Brighton & Hove City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
