Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Deluxe Catering Services Limited in respect of premises to be known as Seasons Restaurant & Bar, 75-79 East Street, Brighton, BN1 1NF has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council lor a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to allow the premises to trade as an A La Carte Chinese Fusion Food restaurant with Karaoke booths. The layout of the premises will be as per the plans attached to the application. This will provide for a bar with food offering, a dedicated restaurant area and VIP pre-booked karaoke booths. The proposed variation is to remove conditions I, d) - j), 3.1) - 5), 4, and 5 under Embedded conditions and conditions 1,2,4,5,9 and 10 under Annex 2. To add new conditions to the premises licence relating to door staff, CCTV, public nuisance and Challenge 25 detailed in the application.Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-men­tioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Department, Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BNI IJP, no later than 28 November 2019 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Brighton & Hove City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or reckless­ly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
