BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - HIGHCROFT VILLAS, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 10 January 2020 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) The temporary implementation of one-way traffic northbound on Highcroft Villas, from the junction of Millers Road in a south easterly direction for approximately 50 metres.
(b) It is therefore necessary to ban the right and left turn from Millers Road into Highcroft Villas.
2. The Order is necessary to allow highway improvement to take place.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
4.This Order comes into force on 13 January 2020 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
