BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - OVERDOWN RISE, PORTSLADE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-

(a) Introduce approx. 7.5m of No Waiting At Any Time on the northern corner of Graham Avenue at its junction with Graham Crescent

(b) Introduce approx. 14m of No Waiting At Any Time on the southern corner of Graham Avenue at its junction with Graham Crescent

(c) Introduce approx. 10m of No Waiting At Any Time on the western & eastern corners of Graham Crescent at its junction with Overdown Rise

(d) Introduce approx. 13m of No Waiting At Any Time on the southern corner of Gorse Close at its junction with Overdown Rise

(e) Introduce approx. 18m of No Waiting At Any time on the northern corner of Gorse Close at its junction with Overdown Rise

(f) Introduce approx. 28m of No Waiting at Any Time approx. outside 21 Overdown Rise

(g) Introduce approx. 10m of No Waiting during the prescribed times of Monday - Friday (expect Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hrs in Overdown Rise approx. opposite its junction with Gorse Close

(h) Introduce of No Waiting during the prescribed times of Monday -Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hrs in Overdown Rise approx. 10m from its junction with Gorse Close southwards for approx. 55m

(i) Introduce No Waiting between the prescribed times of Monday -Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 16:00hrs in Graham Crescent approx. 10m from its junction with Graham Avenue eastwards for approx. 42m

2. The Order is necessary to allow development works to take place.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4.This Order comes into force on 29 January 2020 for 36 months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
