THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Notice TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We Trading Post Coffee Roasters (Sussex) do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of premises certificate for premises known as 13-14 Sydney Street, Brighton, BN1 4EN. For the following licensable proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on the premises:

We Trading Post Coffee Roasters (Sussex) do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of premises certificate for premises known as 13-14 Sydney Street, Brighton, BN1 4EN. For the following licensable proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on the premises:

We will run a small cafe within the Sydney Street Coffee Roastery site, serving our menu of hot drinks and simple food for customers to enjoy in our cafe area. We would like to be able to make, teach and sell coffee inspired alcoholic cocktails and drinks to our customers as part of our coffee experience.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 24th February 2020. A brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via

. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
