TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER
CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH LINKING WHITEHAWK ROAD, MANOR WAY, MANOR PLACE
AND RUGBY PLACE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton &Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect-Close the Public Footpath that links Whitehawk Road, Manor Way, Manor Place and Rugby Place located within the grounds of Robert
Lodge Whitehawk.
2. The Order is necessary to allow for the safe redevelopment of one of the buildings forming part of the Robert Lodge Housing Project.
3. Pedestrian access will be diverted using the existing footways of Whitehawk Road, Manor Way, Manor Place and Rugby Place.
4. This Order comes into force on 5th. January 2015 for six months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
