Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Falconland [Palace) Limited has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Unit 5, 76 East Street, Brighton BNI I NRThe proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) Monday to Sunday 19:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 19:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 19:00 to 05:30 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Department, Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN I IJR no later than 15 June 2020 stating the grounds for objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
