Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Falconland (Palace) Limited has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Unit 2, 75-79 East Street, Brighton, BNI INF The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment fto include films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 08:00 the following morning and Sunday 12:00 to 08:00. The sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 07:30 the following morning and Sunday 12:00 to 07:30. The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning.The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 08:00 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Department, Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BNI IIP, no later than 15 June 2020 stating the grounds for objectionThe register of Brighton & Hove City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
