TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We, Brighton Open Air Theatre (BOAT), do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as: Brighton Open Air Theatre, Dyke Road Park, Dyke Road, Brighton, BN3 6EH, for the following proposed variation, which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises: To extend the permitted period of all licensable activities from the current period of May to September to 12 months of the year.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 10/07/2020 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours;
licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a False statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
