BRIGHTON & HOVE (WEST STREET) PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN ORDER 2020 (REF: TRO-19B-2019)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 26th August 2020 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 7th September will introduce a no right turn (except for pedal cycles) from West Street onto Kings Road (A259).
Modifications -Please note the following change to the order as originally advertised on 5th July 2019; pedal cyclists will be allowed to make the no right turn.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have
not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made,
apply to the High Court for that purpose.
