ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (ELECTRIC CARGO BIKE EXHIBITION) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2020
On Tuesday, 22nd September 2020, the Electric Cargo Bike Exhibition is taking place. To facilitate its safe passage the route will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under Section 16A to C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which temporarily brings into force the following traffic regulations between the hours of 09.30 and 14.30 or until safe to reopen on this day.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle (with the exception of cyclists using the existing cycle lane), that is not participating in, or connected with the Electric Cargo Bike Exhibition to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal: Jubilee Street
