ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') proposes to make the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which if they come into force will introduce the following measures:-
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION
ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.* 202* (TRO-21A-2020)
- Changes the provisions for eligibility for Schools Permits
- Changes Dispensations to Dispensation Permits, introduces a timeclock and alters the amount of time allowed to park to 30 minutes on a no waiting restriction and 1 hour within permit holder only bays.
- Make changes to the provisions of Carer's Permits
BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT NO.* 202* (TRO-21B-2020)
- Changes Dispensations to Dispensation Permits, introduces a timeclock and alters the amount of time allowed to park to 30 minutes on a no waiting restriction and 1 hour within permit holder only bays.
BRIGHTON & HOVE SEAFRONT (VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT NO.* 202* (TRO-21 C-2020)
- Changes Dispensations to Dispensation Permits, introduces a timeclock and alters the amount of time allowed to park to 30 minutes on a no waiting restriction and 1 hour within permit holder only bays.
