Proposed works to: 55A Marine Parade Take notice that a Listed Building Consent Application is being made by: Mr Jesmond Testa For planning permission to: Replace the existing cellar door, which is in poor condition, with a new stable style door which can be part opened to provide ventilation to the cellar and dry existing water leakage from damage to the road above. In addition, an external security gate is proposed to prevent unauthorised access.
