We BLACKBIRD TEA ROOMS LIMITED (Company Registered Number 06596254) do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as BLACKBIRD TEA ROOMS, 30 SHIP STREET, BRIGHTON BN1 1AD for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out on, on or from the premises: the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises between the hours of 09.00am and 22.00pm Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP no later than 27th August 2014 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
