Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Weezy Group Ltd has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Weezy Fulfilment Centre, 8 & 9 Lower Goods Yard, Trafalgar Street, Brighton, BNI 4FQ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: I.To permit off sales of alcohol Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 23:00 hours. The Centre will operate as a locally based home delivery grocery centre.The centre will not be open to the public. Grocery shopping, which will include alcohol, will be delivered to the customer by electric vehicles. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Brighton & Hove Council, 2nd Floor, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BNI IJP no later than 26 March 2021 stating the grounds for representation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
