Motice is hereby given that The City Pub Group Plc has applied to Brighton and Hove City Council or 25 March 2021 to vary lie Premises Licence in respect of tie Brighton Beach Club, Milk Maid Pavilion, Kings Road, Brighton BN1 2LN to remove/amend conditions currently attached to the licence; to reduce standard hours tor the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 22:00, Sunday 12:00 to 22:00 and to remove Christmas Day/Good Friday restrictions; to remove the licensable activities of standard entertainment of a similar description to a performance of live music, any playing of recorded music or a performence of dance; to add licensesable activities/hours specifically for events only live music, any playing of recorded music and sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00, Sunday 12:00 to 23:30 late night refreshment for events only Monday to Saturday 23:03 to 00:00. Sunday 23.-00 to 23:30 opening tours tor events only Monday to Saturday 10:0O tc 00:30, Sunday 1200 to 0000 and ncrrstandard trninos for events only as stated in the applicaiion form.
