BRIGHTON & HOVE (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2019 AMENDMENT NO.2 2021 (TRO-19-2021)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 21 July 2021 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 26 July 2021 will introduce the following:-
- Amends the charging hours and maximum period of waiting at Black Rock and King Alfred Car Parks to reflect the tariffs available in those car parks.
- Amends the maximum period of waiting at Marine Cliffs Car Park, Rottingdean.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
