ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - PRESTON ROAD CYCLE LANE, BRIGHTON

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 1st June 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary suspension of the Preston Road northbound Cycle Lane from Telecom House for approximately 170 metres in a northwesterly direction

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to install a new electricity supply

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained via a walkway in the carriageway.

4. This Order comes into force on 6th June 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed which is estimated to be 17th June 2022.
