THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 REGULATION 25 ADVERTISEMENT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I, LOURANS ESKANDER, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the variation of a premises licence to permit the use of premises known as Slater's News, 147 Portland Road Hove, BN3 5QJ for the following proposed variation which will be carried on from the premises: sale of Alcohol - a change in trading hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 1am, Friday and Saturday 8am to 3am, Sunday 10am to 1am.
Any person who desires to make a representation regarding the variation, should write to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BNI IJP no later than 22/07/2013 giving a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brightonhove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000.
