Beach Without Sand Ltd do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as: Fringe Hub - Part of north east quarter of Old Steine Gardens (extension to Brighton Spiegeltent site) for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: From 5/5/17 to 4/6/17: Provision of food and playing of recorded music after 23:00hrs. Supply of alcohol from 11:00-00:30 Sun-Wed, 11:00 - 02:30 Thurs-Sat. *ln the case of an application for a provisional statement, representationsare restricted after the issue of a provisional statement Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 24th April 2017 a brief written statement of the grounds ofhis/her objection.
